How quickly will I know whether something is free?
We check every enquiry personally and usually reply within one working day. For short-notice needs, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, there we can normally reply the same day.
What details do you need for an enquiry?
The job location, the period and the number of people are enough to start. It also helps to know your preferred way of being contacted and any special requirements such as parking, a kitchen or single rooms.
Is company invoicing possible?
Yes. On request we invoice the company directly. Enter the company details in the form and select “Yes” under “Company invoice”.
Are longer stays and larger teams possible?
Yes. We arrange both short stays of a few nights and accommodation over several months. For larger teams we coordinate several properties through one contact person.
Do all properties have parking, Wi-Fi and a kitchen?
Facilities differ from property to property. Parking, Wi-Fi and a kitchen are available at many but not all of them. Before you book, we tell you exactly what the specific property offers.
Which regions do you cover?
Our focus is Freising, Landshut, Erding and Munich. For assignments in neighbouring regions please do ask, we will tell you openly whether we can offer something suitable.
